Precise units and vintages are in datapackage.json. Empty cells mean the data is not available for that commune (e.g. no recent DVF transaction, no school, no Seveso zone) — an honest absence, not a zero.
Methodology & scope
This dataset is an aggregation of open public data at commune level. For each commune and indicator, the value is computed from the official sources cited above (median DVF prices, share of EPC by ADEME class, mean DEPP IPS, exposed Géorisques surface, etc.) then attached to the INSEE code.
Scope. This dataset contains raw indicators (output values). It does not contain NextToYourPlace's composite attractiveness index, nor the weightings, calibrations or interpretation rules of the tool: those belong to its applied methodology and are not redistributed here. See transparency and methodology.
