What each address actually reaches over the network — shops, schools, healthcare, transport — on foot, by bike or by car, using isochrones computed on the real network.

How we measure accessibility

For an address we compute a network isochrone: the area actually reachable in 5, 10 or 15 minutes on foot, by bike or by car, over the real road and pedestrian network (OpenStreetMap), not a straight-line radius. We count the reachable amenities (shops, schools, doctors, transport). It is the concrete connectivity of a place, not an opaque score.
