Property tax by commune: rates and comparison

Each commune's local property-tax rate, compared with its department median, from official French Treasury (DGFiP) data.

How to read property tax

Property tax depends on two things: the cadastral rental value of your property (set by the administration) and the rate voted by the commune. We show the voted local rate (DGFiP REI dataset) and compare it with the department median, to place a commune as "expensive" or "moderate" on a like-for-like basis.
